Our communications center is equipped with Zoll Data – Rescue Net, a cutting-edge computer aided dispatch system with real-time GPS vehicle locating and mapping capabilities. This advanced technology allows us to reach patients in record time. We also have high-speed internet connections at each dispatcher’s console for real-time traffic monitoring using tools like “Sigalert” and “ATSAC.” Our commitment to utilizing top-notch resources ensures the best possible response to emergency situations.
MedResponse understands the importance of reliable and safe vehicles in delivering immediate care. That is why we employ Mercedes Sprinter (Type II) vehicles. These vehicles are known for their quality, reliability, and safety features. They play a crucial role in our mission to provide swift responses and aid our patients effectively. In cases where larger space and weight capacity are required, we rely on newer Type III Ford modular ambulances. These ambulances are specifically designed to accommodate a larger crew and carry additional equipment.
